Marcia Lot is a personal trainer, motivator and the coach of archery teams and various athletes preparing for the Olympics.
She has acquired training and experience in various countries around the world: Brazil, India, Thailand, South Africa, Europe and the United States. She has organised numerous workshops and working groups in various communities, including monastic ones.
For over thirty years she has worked particularly on motivation to change.
She has published three books (in Portuguese) and several journalistic articles.
