Guru Buddha Vasudhara is the manifestation of abundance, afflunce and prosperity who rewards her practitioners with a flood of fortune. She is the consort of Jhambhala. We will start this practice together for the benefit of both ourselves, and the development of the Temple of Heaven on Earth and will continue after the weekend at home until we all complete 100,000 mantras.

The practice of the five Raksa (Protectresses) grants long life. They protect kingdoms, villages and meadows. They protect us from evil spirits, diseases and famines, and from all possible dangers that may befall humanity. The Pancaraksa mantra is recited to pacify all kinds of domestic difficulties, such as, illnesses, adversities, loss of wealth, loss of livelihood and so on. Bodhicitta: Why and how to develop an altruistic mind by cultivating love and respect. Bodhicitta is a Sanskrit term that indicates the "Mind of enlightenment". Bodhicitta is the unlimited love towards all beings and the profound desire to free them from the suffering of samsara. It is a fundamental aspect of the Mahayana path after the "renunciation" or the great determination to come out of suffering and "emptiness" or Lack of independent existence.
Lama Gangchen will transmit to us the yoga tantra way to practice Ngalso Self Healing. Lama Caroline will explain the differences in how to practice the action(kriya), conduct(carya) and yoga tantras so that we will get more out of the vajravali cycle of retreats.
DescriptionThe glorious wheel of peace time – NgalSo Tantric self-healing – meditation on Kalachakra to create the pure crystal energy body, light and nectar, achieving inner peace and connect this world to Shambala. The Tantra of Kalachakra gives us the key to understand and harmonize the energies of body and mind with those of the world we live in. During the seminar, participants are guided through a series of exercises that use the body, sound, concentration and visualization. The practice will be based on the sadhana Tantric Self-Healing Method of Kalachakra body mandala that penetrates with clear lights the places of the vajra body and the sadhana of the Vajravali system.

NgalSo Self-Healing meditation and teachings with Lama Michel RinpocheThis year the program of the Kalachakra course will be very intense so as to generate a great amount of positive energy. We wish to dedicate our meditations and prayers to the elimination of eventual obstacles both collective and personal, and to the increase of positive aspects for our planet, the well being of all beings and a new opening to the energy of the heart. We will do the approximation retreat of 100,000 kalachakra mantras according to the Vajravali system. The Kalachakra mantra helps us to connect with the different states of consciousness and the elements that are the building blocks of our reality so that we can can achieve greater happiness, well being, health astrological protection and use the energies of the outer universe for our spiritual evolution. The practice of Tara Chittamani is a special method in Tibetan Buddhism which helps to dissipate interferences and liberate sentient beings from any form of fear and dangers. The practice permits one to identify with the pure crystal energy of the female divinity Tara which actually is an archetype of the pure female energy free from fear. Tara is also known as the Liberator and Swift Heroine for the speed which characterizes her intervention. The special energy of Tara who is the consort of Buddha Amoghasiddhi, the Supreme Healer of fear, is the key to overcoming all external, internal and secret fears.
