Basic meditation course: tranquil abiding shine. This are a meditative approach which is found in both the sutras and tantras. During the course particular attention will be placed on meditation supported by the breath and on the observation of subject and object. In the practice of Buddhadharma it is essential that we familiarise ourselves with how our mind works. During this course we will use the specific antidotes for distraction and all other obstacles which can arise during meditation.
